The Kultur Ruhr GmbH is characterized by the production and mediation of contemporary and interdisciplinary art in the entire cultural metropolis Ruhr. It currently consists of four independent programme pillars: Ruhrtriennale, Chorwerk Ruhr, Urbane Künste Ruhr and Tanzlandschaft Ruhr. A separate artistic director is appointed for each pillar. The shareholders of the non-profit limited liability company are the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Regionalverband Ruhr.
The Ruhrtriennale is an internationally renowned, interdisciplinary arts festival that produces and presents music theater, drama, dance, installation and concerts annually in August and September in the industrial-cultural venues of the Ruhr region.

Aushilfe für den Empfang
Wir suchen zum 15. Juli 2026 eine (studentische) Aushilfe für den Empfang (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (ca. 20-25 Std. im Vormittagsbereich ab 9 Uhr). Die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Krankheitsvertretung befristet bis zum 15. Dezember 2026.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung eingehender Telefonate sowie Bearbeitung des zentralen E-Mail-Postfachs
- Organisation des Posteingangs und -ausgangs
- Empfang und Betreuung von Besucher:innen
- Schlüsselverwaltung für neue sowie ausscheidende Mitarbeiter:innen
- Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Büromaterialien
- Koordination der Buchungen von Firmenfahrzeugen
- Beauftragung und Nachverfolgung von Kurierdiensten
- Organisation und Betreuung von Besprechungen inklusive Raumverwaltung, Ausstattung und Catering

Fahrer:in
Für die Ruhrtriennale suchen wir eine:n Fahrer:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40h / Woche). Eine Einstellung ist zum 14. August 2026 möglich. Die Stelle ist bis zum 21. September 2026 befristet.
Als Fahrer:in bei der Ruhrtriennale bietest du Fahrdienstleistungen für Künstler:innen sowie für die Intendanz der Ruhrtriennale an.
