The Kultur Ruhr GmbH is characterized by the production and mediation of contemporary and interdisciplinary art in the entire cultural metropolis Ruhr. It currently consists of four independent programme pillars: Ruhrtriennale, Chorwerk Ruhr, Urbane Künste Ruhr and Tanzlandschaft Ruhr. A separate artistic director is appointed for each pillar. The shareholders of the non-profit limited liability company are the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Regionalverband Ruhr.
The Ruhrtriennale is an internationally renowned, interdisciplinary arts festival that produces and presents music theater, drama, dance, installation and concerts annually in August and September in the industrial-cultural venues of the Ruhr region.

Mitarbeiter:in für das Management Rechnungswesen/ Vertragswesen
Die Kultur Ruhr GmbH sucht eine:n Mitarbeiter:in für das Management Rechnungswesen/ Vertragswesen (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Eine Einstellung soll zum nächstmöglichen Termin erfolgen.
In der Position als Mitarbeiter:in für das Management Rechnungswesen / Vertragswesen übernimmst du die steuerrechtliche Bewertung, Abrechnung und Verbuchung von Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Vertragspartner:innen, bewertest und verbuchst Projektabrechnungen von in- und ausländischem freiem Mitarbeiter:innen und prüfst die Freistellungsvoraussetzungen für Abzugssteuer sowie Umsatzsteuerbefreiungen in Zusammenhang mit ausländischen Vertragspartner:innen mit anschließender Antragstellung und Abwicklung. Erstellung der Honorarabrechnungen, Tantiemenabrechnungen sowie Steuerbescheinigungen für Vertragspartner:innen gehören ebenfalls zum Aufgabenumfang.
