The Kultur Ruhr GmbH is characterized by the production and mediation of contemporary and interdisciplinary art in the entire cultural metropolis Ruhr. It currently consists of four independent programme pillars: Ruhrtriennale, Chorwerk Ruhr, Urbane Künste Ruhr and Tanzlandschaft Ruhr. A separate artistic director is appointed for each pillar. The shareholders of the non-profit limited liability company are the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Regionalverband Ruhr.
The Ruhrtriennale is an internationally renowned, interdisciplinary arts festival that produces and presents music theater, drama, dance, installation and concerts annually in August and September in the industrial-cultural venues of the Ruhr region.

Technik
Für verschiedene Projekte im Rahmen der Ruhrtriennale, von Urbane Künste Ruhr und Chorwerk Ruhr suchen wir
- Veranstaltungstechniker:innen für die Bereiche Bühne, Ausstattung / Requisite, Rigging, Licht, Ton, Video
- Meister:innen für Veranstaltungstechnik für die Bereiche Bühne, Licht, Ton, Video
- Technische Projektleiter:innen
Der Bedarf für die ausgeschriebenen Tätigkeiten besteht für Urbane Künste Ruhr und Chorwerk Ruhr für einzelne Projekte über das Jahr verteilt.
Für die Ruhrtriennale besteht der Bedarf im Zeitraum von Juli bis September 2026, wobei die tatsächliche Vertragsdauer von den jeweiligen Projekten abhängig ist.
Zur Vorbereitung der Produktionen (insbes. Bauproben, Proben und Materialwartung) und von Gastspielen besteht in Einzelfällen auch bereits vor bzw. nach diesem Zeitraum ein Bedarf für bestimmte Tätigkeiten.
Die Mitarbeit erfolgt im Rahmen einer selbständigen Tätigkeit. Die Vergütung erfolgt zu den für die Kultur Ruhr GmbH feststehenden Honorarstundensätzen für das jeweilige Tätigkeitsprofil.
