A poetic playground in the universe

UNIVERS gives the very youngest audiences from babies to two-year-olds a sensory experience of the gigantic cosmos in sounds and shapes. Planets visit the Earth and we look through a telescope into space. This poetic space is a chance to wonder, touch and join in – and becomes a shared playground for the dancers and children where time briefly stands still. For space explorers and those who can still become one.

With BEYOND UNIVERSE, this event will also be accessible for a neurodivergent audience with children from 3 to 7 years.

Produced by Engruna Teatre. Co-produced with LaSala / Festival elPetit. With the support of ICEC, L'Estruch Fàbrica de Creació, TTP, Ajuntament de Castellar del Vallès, and La Tombarella

  • Two young children stand in a dimly lit space, interacting with hanging cylindrical objects in shades of green and blue. The objects are suspended on strings and reach down to the floor. Other children and adults are visible out of focus in the background.
