Your stay
Badges
Upon arrival at the Ruhrtriennale venues, each participant will receive a badge. We ask you to always carry it with you and show the badge at the stage entrance for identification. This is also a general security measure. (Exception: participants rehearsing at Theater Total in Bochum will receive their badges upon arrival at Jahrhunderthalle Bochum).
Tickets
Please contact your production manager for tickets to Ruhrtriennale shows.
Medical Care
In case of an emergency, please call the ambulance / fire department on 112. Our „Ruhrtriennale doctor“ is Dr. Joachim Schubert in Bochum. For scheduling an appointment, please talk to your production manager. Dr. Schubert runs a private practice.
Public Transportation
The Ruhr area has a very good local public transport system. The VRR transportation network offers regularly scheduled routes between cities. Further information about schedules and pricing, visit the website at vrr.de, which also allows ticket purchases. If you have any questions regarding routes and pricing, please talk to your production manager.
Bike Rental
If you do not like to drive with a car or use the tram, you can also rent a bike. The Metropolradruhr is a coherent rental system that is available all over the state of NRW. Download the nextbike app and ride metropolradruhr! More information can be found under metropolradruhr.de
You can also rent a bike in the Westpark, right next to the Jahrhunderthalle. More information at: via-ruhr.de
